At Marylenne, we design every product to deliver quality, confidence, and visible results. But if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right with clarity, fairness, and care.
1. Your Satisfaction Comes First
If you're not fully satisfied with your product within 30 days of delivery, email us.
We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Our goal is simple: no one should feel stuck with a product they don’t love.
2. What Can Be Returned?
To qualify for a return:

Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

Your return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Opened personal care / hygiene items (e.g. facial, body, or eye devices)
3. Proof Required
We may request photos or videos showing the issue (e.g. defect, wrong item) before approving any return or refund.
This helps us serve you faster and fight fraud.
4. Where & How to Start a Return
All return requests must go through our customer service.
Do not ship products back to the manufacturer or warehouse directly.

Include: your order number, reason for return, and if applicable, a photo/video.
If approved, we’ll give you the return address and clear instructions.
5. Return Shipping

If the product is defective or wrong, we cover the return costs.

If it’s a voluntary return (e.g., you changed your mind), you cover the return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved? A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
❗ Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
7. Exchanges
We exchange items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, the order is final and subject to the return policy.
