1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

⚠ No shipments are processed on weekends or public holidays.

From the U.S. to the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and beyond, we deliver your glow globally.

Note: Some countries may experience longer delivery times due to customs or carrier limitations. Delivery is not guaranteed in embargoed or restricted zones.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 5–8 business days

  • 🇬🇧🇪🇺 UK & Europe: 6–10 business days

  • 🇨🇦🇦🇺 Canada & Australia: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays), delivery may take slightly longer.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on all orders.


5. Trackable Delivery

We ship with trusted global logistics partners including YunExpress, USPS, DHL, and local couriers.
All orders include end-to-end tracking to your door.
You’ll receive your tracking link via email within 48 hours of shipment.


6. Delays & Unexpected Issues

Shipping can occasionally be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, or logistics disruptions.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete information.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact us.
While Marylenne™ is not liable for stolen parcels, we’ll work with you to find the best resolution.
